INGREDIENTS

200 g (7oz) salami

200 g (7oz) Parma Ham / Prosciutto

200 g (7oz) chorizo sliced into coins

100 g Brie
-
100 g Hard cheese Gruyere, etc.

3 cups fruit of your choice strawberries, pineapple, grapes, watermelon

2 cup of black/Green olives
-
Gella’s Kitchen scotch bonnet jams
-
1 baguette sliced
-
breadsticks/crackers
METHOD

Place the ingredients onto a large serving board or platter. Place your cheeses first and work your ingredients around it to create a visually appealing board.

Add cheese, knives and serve immediately.
